The visuals produced by Ben are fantastic and a great way of evaluating/ capturing projects. Visual art work and story boards created at the events create such and ambient environment where naturally people are able to engage. The works includes animated real characters, with colour and word and I would use this as a way of recording / evaluating or celebrating and event. The works is very informative clear and neat – this makes us want to use for displays and at board meetings. A very visual way of engaging with the public/audience and Ben the Artist is amazing with all age groups and very able to converse with all backgrounds. I would most definitely be using Ben in future projects and celebration events. Artwork is always very inspiring and smart.

It's been a really good process. Often we take minutes and actions but this was a way of us doing it in a really engaging way and it's something we can send out to the wider team. it really captured brilliantly a lot of the key messaging and learning from the day and it's something we can use in future bids, future funding proposals. I love that it's got the journey story, I love that you've included images of our participant service users and all the key team members. You've captured the essence of what people were saying on the day and the energy on the day.

Ben is our “go-to-guy” for Visual Minutes. He is great to work with and works hard to make sure that he understands the brief and the required outputs. Every time we’ve used him, he has created a beautiful and informative set of visual minutes which have brilliantly captured not only the detail, but the spirit of the meeting. His manner puts people at ease, and everyone involved has seen the value and the benefits of having minutes and actions captured this way.
